You will manage the oncology service, drive improvements across homecare, dispensary, and trials where needed, and work with ward staff to enhance patient safety.
Weekend work is required on a rota basis (roughly 1 in 4 weekends) with 3 days at Basildon and 2 at Southend, and you will liaise with doctors and nurses to optimise medication
