Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Safeguarding Administrator to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust

Role description

Working as our Safeguarding Administrator provides essential administrative support to the healthcare organisation's safeguarding arrangements, ensuring robust systems are in place to protect children, young people, and adults at risk.

Key responsibilities

• You will support clinical and non-clinical staff in the safeguarding team, Working closely with the Safeguarding Lead, and external agencies.
• Ensure safeguarding concerns are managed efficiently, confidentially, and in a timely manner, contributing to safe. No VISA sponsorship available for this role

• To support and strengthen effective safeguarding practice across healthcare services, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patients.
• Maintain accurate, secure and compliant safeguarding records in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Facilitate timely reporting, monitoring and assurance of safeguarding activity, supporting robust governance and continuous improvement.
