Facilities Team Leader/Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager and supervising the cleaning and catering provision within the Community Hospital Site.
You will be able to organise and supervise the Braintree Community Hospital Domestic, Catering, Portering and Security in a professional manner and ensure the provision of an efficient and quality service whilst meeting the needs of all service users. You will provide a courteous service ensuring that all duties and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures.

Main duties of the job
If successful, some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Respond promptly and appropriately to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
- Provide a high standard of customer service.
- Administrative work is prioritised and completed within prescribed timescales.
- Maintain good communication and co-operation with all wards and departments and feedback information, seeking advice as and when necessary to the Facilities Site Manager.

Person Specification
Knowledge
- Knowledge of soft FM services
- Knowledge &understanding of COSHH regulations
- Basic IT & keyboard skills
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Good education GCSE C or above including Maths and English
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
