Product Strategy & Customer Insight Lead (EdTech / Assessments)

London Hybrid / Remote (UK-based)

£60-65k + benefits

We’re working with a pioneering EdTech and digital assessment organisation transforming how training providers use technology to deliver smarter, data-driven learning.

As Product Strategy & Customer Insight Lead, you’ll bridge product, data, and customer experience, shaping roadmap priorities, translating insights into strategy, and driving platform adoption across a fast-scaling business.

You’ll:

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning tech with customer needs
  • Conduct deep discovery with training providers to uncover pain points
  • Drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction through tailored solutions
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
  • Champion innovation, using AI, automation, and analytics to inform decisions
  • Lead initiatives that boost product value and market differentiation

You’ll need:

  • 3+ years in Product, Product Marketing, or Customer Success (ideally within a SaaS, EdTech, Assessment or HR Tech environment)
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting sales strategy
  • Technical literacy and confidence working with engineering or data teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical and non-technical needs
