I'm currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join one of the largest and most respected Housing Management and Property Litigation teams in the UK. This team advises over 100 registered providers of social housing, as well as private landlords, developers, local authorities, and charities.

You will be supporting solicitors on a broad range of housing litigation matters including possession claims, breaches of tenancy, anti-social behaviour cases, disrepair claims, injunctions, and leaseholder disputes. You will also have the opportunity to handle your own caseload and even undertake County Court advocacy on routine matters.

What we're looking for:

  • Law degree (2:2 or above)
  • Strong research, drafting and case preparation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Confident communication skills, especially in plain English
  • Interest in housing law, social justice, or litigation work

Desirable (but not essential):

  • LPC or working towards SQE
  • Previous experience with RPs or housing litigation
  • Familiarity with County Court procedures
