We’re looking for a Head of Digital & Technology to lead the IT strategy, ensuring the technology landscape supports business growth. You’ll drive digital transformation, oversee IT infrastructure, and lead a high-performing team across multiple technology workstreams. Your expertise will be key in shaping our digital future and aligning technology with commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement the company’s digital and technology strategy in line with business goals
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovation opportunities
- Lead and inspire a dynamic IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency
- Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities
- Drive automation, AI, and data analytics adoption to enhance decision-making and operations
- Establish governance frameworks for compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into marketing, operations, and sales

Proven experience in a technology leadership role, managing teams and digital transformation projects:
- Strong background in IT operations, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect, aligning technology with business strategy
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing IT change strategies and roadmaps
- Strong project management skills, capable of prioritising multiple initiatives
- Certifications in project management, IT governance, or cloud platforms (PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure) are a plus
