Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for transforming enterprise systems and driving innovation? We\’re looking for an Enterprise Applications Lead to take ownership of end-to-end systems strategy, delivery, and optimisation across a fast-paced FMCG business.

You\’ll lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and CMS platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align IT with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll mentor a cross-functional tech team and contribute to the wider digital vision.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Lead the implementation and evolution of enterprise applications across all core business functions
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and service delivery
• Drive business analysis, system improvements, and integration across platforms
• Oversee application support, data governance, GDPR, and disaster recovery planning
• Collaborate with leadership to define the IT roadmap and prioritise strategic initiatives
• Build and manage a high-performing tech team

What We\’re Looking For

• Experience leading IT systems within a dynamic, product-focused business (FMCG a bonus)
• Strong technical knowledge across ERP (SAP or similar), CRM, eCommerce (Shopify), and CMS platforms
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation and systems integration projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data protection, and cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills
• Project management certifications (PMP, ITIL) are a plus

This is a hybrid role, with a 50/50 split between home and the office in Ponders End, North London.
