Enterprise Applications Lead – FMCG

Location: Hybrid – Enfield & Home Based (Minimum 2 days in the office a week)

The Role

As the Enterprise Applications Lead, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the IT enterprise systems to support both short- and long-term business needs. You’ll lead a dynamic team across IT Applications and IT Project Management, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of technology within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise applications to meet business objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee service levels
• Plan and deliver system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Capture insights from stakeholders to inform future IT strategy
• Define change management and communication strategies for system initiatives
• Resolve technical issues, minimize downtime, and ensure business continuity
• Oversee IT governance, GDPR compliance, and security best practices
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a technology leadership role, managing enterprise applications and teams
• Strong background in enterprise operations, software development, and cloud computing
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Certifications in project management, IT governance, or cloud platforms (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure) are a plus
