What you’ll be doing

  • Handle a varied and interesting caseload covering:
  • Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
  • Lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews and service charge disputes
  • Possession actions
  • Trespass and squatter matters
  • Property-related development and land acquisition disputes

You’ll work with household-name clients, major property owners, social housing organisations and portfolio managers. Expect a collaborative, ambitious and supportive environment where senior lawyers actively mentor and develop you.
