We’re working with a Tier 1 ranked Property Securitisation team in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to support on high-value transactions within the affordable housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience who wants to build their career within a specialist real estate team handling transactions ranging from £1m to £500m.
The Role
- Support Partners and Solicitors on large-scale securitisation transactions, including:
- Identifying titles and obtaining Official Copy Entries
- Undertaking title checks and property due diligence
- Carrying out searches and liaising with Local Authorities
- Pre- and post-completion Land Registry work
- Managing your own caseload and progressing matters efficiently
- Providing progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role where organisation and accuracy are key.
About You
- Prior experience in conveyancing is essential
- Experience in a similar paralegal role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of social housing / affordable housing is advantageous
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
