We are working with a highly regarded London law firm to find an experienced real estate solicitor to join their stock rationalisation team, one of the most active and well-regarded practices in the sector.
You will work across the full lifecycle of stock rationalisation projects: from negotiating and drafting stock transfer contracts and unit leases through to reporting on title and legal completion. The firm acts for a wide range of clients, registered providers of social housing, care homes, pension funds, build-to-rent operators and private developers, on transactions that regularly attract industry and national press coverage.
- Drafting and negotiating stock transfer agreements, unit leases, transfers, deeds of assignment and deeds of easement.
- Running weekly project calls with clients and counterparties.
