Location: Leeds (hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

Salary: £26,228

We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Team Administrator to join their Securitisation team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role within a legal environment who wants to be part of a busy, well established practice. The Securitisation team works on property transactions for a broad range of clients, from registered providers of social housing and care homes to charities and private developers, acting on developments ranging from a handful of units to thousands.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across the department, including filing and photocopying.
  • Dealing with post completion registrations at the Land Registry and the FCA, and checking all post completion documentation thoroughly before sending it on.
  • Assisting with marketing and business development documentation, organising and maintaining accurate hard copy and electronic files, and managing archiving.
  • Managing your workload capacity and providing regular updates to the Team Administrative Coordinator and Line Manager.

What we are looking for:

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role within a legal environment.
  • High attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, including auto numbering, bookmarks and track changes, and the ability to coordinate large documents.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritise, and a self motivated approach.
