Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of PPC and social media marketing across B2C and B2B campaigns. This is an entry-level role offering hands-on experience across paid media, social platforms and international marketing, supporting campaigns in the UK, Europe and Australia. It is ideal for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is keen to build practical skills in performance marketing within a fast-paced, data-driven team.

You will work closely with experienced specialists across CRM, design and content, contributing to live campaigns while developing a strong foundation in digital marketing execution and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
    • Support the setup, execution and day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across:
    • Google Search and Display
    • Paid Social platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn (where relevant)
    • Assist with keyword research, audience targeting and ad copy testing
    • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs (e.g. CTR, CPA, conversions)
    • Maintain accurate campaign structures, tracking and naming conventions
    • Support regular reporting and performance reviews
  • Social Media
    • Manage organic and paid social media posting schedules across agreed channels
    • Upload, schedule and QA social content and ads
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure creative assets are optimised for each platform
    • Support engagement activity and community management where required
    • Assist with social performance tracking and insights
  • Campaign Delivery
    • Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple markets
    • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
    • Work closely with CRM and design colleagues to support joined-up marketing activity
    • Collaborate with local team members to support copy and content localisation where needed
  • Learning & Development
    • Develop hands-on experience using industry-leading digital marketing platforms
    • Build practical knowledge of performance marketing best practices
    • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates and emerging channels
    • Contribute ideas for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • 1 year of experience in a marketing related role.
  • Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and performance media
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting
  • Well organised with good time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and take on feedback
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional skills and experience that would be advantageous:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or paid social platforms
  • Interest in sport, technology or digital platforms
  • European language skills (desirable but not required)
