We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Administrator to join the CNBC International Advertising Sales Group, working closely with the Brand Studio and Events production teams in EMEA and APAC. This role will act as the operational and administrative backbone of the production process for both teams.
You’ll collaborate closely with producers, editors, and production houses, to manage and track costs, coordinate logistics, and maintain efficient communication with internal teams. You maintain and update all cost sheets as well as work closely with the finance team on a quarterly reconciliation of expenditure. The role will also work closely with our HR department to ensure our freelance teams are onboarded correctly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain cost reports for all live projects across the CNBC Brand Studio & CNBC Events teams in EMEA and APAC.
- Raise PO’s and onboard vendors.
- Code incoming invoices and expenses and allocate them to the correct project cost sheet.
- Lead a quarterly reconciliation with the finance team to ensure all expenditure is being tracked accurately.
- Onboard freelance staff ensuring all compliance checks and legal requirements are being met (i.e., IR35, right to work).
- Contribute to shoot logistics with producers (call sheets, bookings, travel).
- Support post-production process by working with editors to ensure deliverables meet agreed delivery specs and quality control.
- 2–4 years’ experience tracking and managing budgets.
- Hands‑on familiarity with both video production and digital content workflows.
- Strong organization and communication skills, with a knack for multi‑tasking.
- Strong Excel and SAP skills, managing multiple files and maintain budget trackers effectively.
- A solutions‑oriented problem solver, who can navigate fast‑moving timelines.
- Experience with budgeting software, as well as the usual MS Office Suite.
