This role is all about keeping our inventory running smoothly and efficiently as we continue to expand. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and ready to roll up their sleeves to make a real difference.
You’ll be part of a supportive team working together to ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork — supporting the production of vehicles ranging from 3.5t pick-up trucks and vans to 16.5t Unimog’s.

Responsibilities
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and making sure we always have what we need.
- Tracking inventory movements and making sure everything adds up.
- Working with purchasing and warehouse teams to keep stock levels just right.
- Carrying out regular stock checks and sorting out any discrepancies.
- Helping to develop and improve how we manage and track inventory.
- Working with other teams to forecast future needs.
- Using different systems to manage and track inventory.
- Analysing data and creating reports to help inform decisions.
- Updating stock spreadsheets and processing adjustments.
- Jumping in to help with any ad hoc stores task when needed.
Hours of work
- 42 hours per week;
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–4:15pm (1-hour break, including a 30-min unpaid lunch)
- Friday: 7:00am–2:30pm (45-min break, including a 30-min unpaid lunch)
Personal Specification
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

It’s a bonus if you:
- Have experience with Epicor ERP software.
- Understand how inventory affects company finances (working capital, P&L, etc.).
