As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the development of an energetic team focused on maintaining exceptional customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Business Development
- Analyze the business, propose action plans to the Store Manager to reach objectives, improve results, and support key strategies.
- Review sales and KPIs performance regularly with the Store Manager.
- Support in preparing reports on competitors, products, and opportunities.
- Analyze sell-through and coordinate with divisions on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity.
Team Management
- Support follow-up with team members on objectives to develop performance and capabilities.
- Create a dynamic environment, foster teamwork, and maintain harmonious relations.
- Motivate the team, build morale, and drive results through accountability and recognition.
- Ensure staff follow company guidelines and achieve goals.
- Assist in training and developing staff, ensuring high performance standards, and conducting in-store briefings.
- Participate in onboarding new staff and ensure staff are groomed, professional, and knowledgeable.
Client Management
- Ensure superior customer service standards and deliver the Versace experience.
- Build relationships with clients as a brand ambassador and engage in customer interactions.
- Encourage team to focus on client experience and develop high-profile clientele.
CRM
- Monitor team management of customer databases and actions to maintain long-term relationships.
- Implement community outreach programs and support in-store events.
Operations
- Manage stock and backroom operations effectively.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and security measures to meet shrinkage targets.
- Maintain compliance with operational policies and store presentation standards.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
- Understanding of retail and store operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong interpersonal skills and market awareness.
- Team management potential and professional development abilities.
- Confidence, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Sales focus and ownership attitude.
