An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor is now available with a leading contractor delivering high-profile refurbishment and façade projects across the South Wales region. The role will include:
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
- Supporting valuations, variations and cost reporting
- Involvement in CVRs and forecasting
- Attending site visits and coordinating with project teams
- Exposure across projects from pre-construction through to final account
About you:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a QS / Assistant QS role
- Interest in refurbishment or specialist works
- Good commercial awareness with a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
