About The Role

Care Assistant - Nights Part-time, Full-time, Permanent and bank £12.60 per hour. Shifts are 7pm - 7am Monday - Sunday.

We are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people. The role would suit someone who is able to multi-task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure. Our care assistants are part of a dedicated and highly trained team. They are at the heart of our service and support our ladies and gentlemen to communicate while understanding their individual needs and building empowering relationships with them. They have a wealth of knowledge, experience, skills and passion. They enable our ladies and gentlemen to live life to the full with confidence and freedom.

We need individuals who are ready to assist and look after the physical and personal needs of the older people living in our care homes. Experience preferred but not essential. If you’re a kind, warm and compassionate person, then a career at Towerview Care could be for you. 12 hours shifts. We’re looking for someone who is naturally compassionate who can help us deliver exceptional care. These roles are all about being committed to the wellbeing of each person, looking after any complex needs with real sensitivity.

As part of a dedicated care team, you will:

  • Develop and review individual care plans for our ladies and gentlemen and provide personal care in line with them, enhancing their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
  • Undertake the role of a keyworker with a group of ladies and gents, engaging in both routine and social activities with them throughout the day.
  • Interact with the friends and family of people living with us, including attending review meetings. Meeting and greeting other visitors to the home.

Though previous experience is desirable, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us. You will be part of a team who believe in respecting every person as a unique individual, treating them with the dignity you would wish for yourself.

It is an expectation of all staff to have vaccines or other essential health treatments, in line with Public Health guidelines and in relation to health and safety in an effort to protect yourself as well as others.
