The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

AM Shift 6am - 2pm. PM Shift - 10am - 6pm.

As a Warehouse Operative you will:

  • Undertake all warehouse duties as assigned by the Shift Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager, which will include goods in, check in, replenishment, picking, packing and loading - ensuring the correct documentation is utilised.
  • Work within company security and health & safety procedures to safeguard stock, equipment and colleagues.
  • Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment, once trained to do so safely and to company standards, ensuring daily equipment checks are completed and faults reported.
  • Follow the principles of good housekeeping including cleaning duties and the sorting of loose site equipment.
  • Participate in stocktaking as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused attitude.
  • A team player.
  • Self motivation, confidence and enthusiasm with a personal drive to achieve set targets and advocate continuous improvement.
  • FLT experience preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience is NOT required as full training will be given.

Please note, this role will include the manual lifting and handling of our tiles and products.
