Offering greater breadth than a traditional FP&A role, the position combines financial planning, commercial analysis and strategic decision-making with exposure to M&A, joint ventures and capital investment opportunities.

The Opportunity:
Working within the Corporate Finance function, the Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and forecasting alongside a range of Corporate Development projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Developing financial models for business performance, scenario analysis and investment decisions.
- Analysing financial results and presenting meaningful insights to senior leadership.
- Preparing financial analysis and presentations for the Board, investors and other stakeholders.
- Supporting potential M&A and joint venture activity, including valuation, due diligence and transaction modelling.
- Evaluating capital investment opportunities and supporting capital allocation decisions.
- Working with international finance teams to improve financial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
Who are we looking for:
We are interested in commercially minded finance professionals with strong analytical skills and an interest in strategic decision-making.
The role could suit someone from an FP&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development or Transaction Advisory background.
Ideally, you will offer:
- A professional accounting qualification and relevant finance experience.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including valuation and scenario analysis.
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, investment appraisal or transaction analysis.
- An understanding of M&A and financial due diligence, or a desire to develop in these areas.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, alongside strong commercial curiosity and analytical ability.
