Vero Recruitment is supporting a leading Scottish business in Aberdeenshire to appoint a Senior FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior FP&A Analyst will take ownership of management information, costings, and financial insight across the business. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, helping to drive better commercial decisions and operational efficiency. This is a strategic and data-led role that supports both domestic and international growth, ensuring leadership teams have the insight they need to steer performance and investment decisions effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation, analysis, and control of management information across multiple revenue streams
  • Partner with business leaders to review P&Ls, interpret margins, and provide meaningful commercial insight
  • Develop and deliver monthly management reporting packs and KPI dashboards
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance standards are maintained
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and finance processes
  • Provide financial input into projects, strategic initiatives, and potential acquisitions
  • Work collaboratively across sites and functions to improve efficiency and decision-making
