Responsibilities:
- Set up and structure daily warehouse shifts.
- Lead team talks and communicate with logistics and customer service.
- Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Check timekeeping and oversee daily workforce performance.
- Support invoice and loading error investigations.
- Work closely with production and logistics for smooth operations.
- Help manage yard traffic alongside logistics.
- Ensure health & safety compliance, including PPE, equipment checks, and accident reporting.
- Handle disciplinaries, investigations, and support ISO requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.

- IT literacy (Sage & Microsoft packages desirable).
