An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations within an established manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day purchasing and truly influence strategy, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
The Role:
- Develop and deliver the procurement & supply chain strategy
- Manage and strengthen supplier relationships and performance
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract agreements
- Forecast demand and monitor market trends
- Analyse spend, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally to align supply with operational requirements
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and safety standards
