About the opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations within an established manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day purchasing and truly influence strategy, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.

The Role: You'll take full ownership of the purchasing and supply chain function, ensuring the business is equipped with the right suppliers, at the right cost, delivering the right quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in aligning supply with demand, improving performance, and supporting long-term business growth. In particular, you will:

  • Develop and deliver the procurement & supply chain strategy
  • Manage and strengthen supplier relationships and performance
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract agreements
  • Forecast demand and monitor market trends
  • Analyse spend, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to align supply with operational requirements
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and safety standards

Who we are looking for: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management (manufacturing / FMCG preferred), strong negotiation and supplier management capability, commercial mindset with a focus on cost and value, data-driven and comfortable working with analytics and forecasting, experience with ERP systems and procurement tools, confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
