We are the internal recruitment partner working with a well-established company that designs, produces, and installs creative display solutions for exhibitions, retail spaces, and events. From concept to installation, they deliver tailored, high-quality displays that help brands stand out and engage their audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Operate large format printers, heat press and digital cutter.
- Prepare files for printing and ensure accurate output.
- Print, cut, and finish a variety of graphics and signage including fabrics, rollable and rigid media.
- Produce graphics for custom exhibition stands and portable displays.
- Install graphics both in-house and on-site at customer locations.
- Maintain equipment and keep the workshop clean, tidy, and safe.
- Collaborate with the wider team on design and planning of graphics.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Learn new software/equipment and attend training as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience as a print operator and/or finisher (ideally 2+ years).
- Stitching experience would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive team player with good time management.
- Willingness to travel for occasional on-site installations.
In return we are offering:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.30
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Pension scheme, life insurance, cycle to work scheme.
