About the opportunity: You’ll own the full sales lifecycle while laying the foundations for a repeatable, scalable sales engine as the business grows.
- Driving purely new business SaaS sales across the UK
- Developing and executing sales strategy across defined leisure sub‑sectors
- Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close
- Running structured discovery to understand commercial, operational and technical challenges
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations and building strong ROI cases
- Leading commercial negotiations and closing recurring subscription agreements

Who we are looking for: You’ll likely have:
- 4+ years' experience in B2B SaaS or leisure focused sales, with time spent in a senior or lead capacity
- A proven track record of consistently delivering new business revenue
- Experience selling into mid‑market organisations
- Confidence managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- The ability to translate customer pain points into clear, value‑led solutions
