We’re looking for a confident, capable HR Advisor to join our fast growing HR Consultancy – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can provide professional, practical advice across multiple sectors.
Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you\’ll be the go-to for HR support, employee relations matters and policy guidance – from advising on disciplinaries and grievances to helping line managers implement best practice. You’ll also play a part in policy development, analytics, training delivery, and more.
What you’ll be doing:
- First-line support for line managers across a portfolio of clients on all things HR
- Advising on disciplinary, absence and grievance processes
- Providing clear, concise written reports and outcome letters
- Supporting HRBPs with casework and projects
- Spotting trends in data and helping improve policies and processes
- Getting involved in recruitment, job design and interviews
- Helping develop and deliver line manager workshops
- Working with clients across various sectors – no two days will be the same

- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
