We’re working with a growing UK‑based SaaS business that provides an all‑in‑one cloud platform to organisations within the leisure and visitor attractions sector. Their technology brings together bookings, EPOS, CRM, finance and operational systems into a single, scalable solution.

As part of continued growth in the UK market, they’re now looking to appoint a Head of Sales to take ownership of new business revenue and play a critical role in shaping the next phase of commercial growth. This is a hands-on role designed for a sales leader who wants to remain customer-facing, close their own deals, and play a key part in building a scalable sales function.

About the opportunity:

  • You’ll own the full sales lifecycle while laying the foundations for a repeatable, scalable sales engine as the business grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving purely new business SaaS sales across the UK
  • Developing and executing sales strategy across defined leisure sub‑sectors
  • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close
  • Running structured discovery to understand commercial, operational and technical challenges
  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations and building strong ROI cases
  • Leading commercial negotiations and closing recurring subscription agreements
  • Building and maintaining a high‑quality sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline

Who we are looking for:

You’ll likely have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or leisure focused sales, with time spent in a senior or lead capacity
  • A proven track record of consistently delivering new business revenue
  • Experience selling into mid‑market organisations
  • Confidence managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • The ability to translate customer pain points into clear, value‑led solutions
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK for client meetings and industry events when required

Desirable experience:

  • Selling into leisure, hospitality or visitor attractions
  • Background in ticketing, EPOS, booking or operational systems
  • Success in competitive system‑replacement sales
  • Existing relationships within the UK leisure sector

On offer is:

  • ÂŁ60,000–£70,000 base salary with uncapped commission
  • 8% employer‑funded pension (no employee contribution)
  • Private healthcare
  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • High‑impact role within a growing SaaS business
  • Long‑term opportunity with genuine influence over sales strategy
