Goods Inwards, Stores and Despatch Operative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Goods Inwards, Stores & Despatch Operative to join the team in Romford. Full training is provided; previous experience is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and accurately storing finished manufactured parts.
- Ensuring all stock is processed correctly on the MRP system.
- Picking and packing customer orders with precision and care.
- Preparing outbound shipments with the correct documentation.
- Coordinating collections with approved couriers.
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining a tidy, organised stores area.
- Working closely with colleagues and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and attributes
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, positive attitude.
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in stores, despatch or goods inwards is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
- Familiarity with MRP systems is advantageous.
- Must live within commuting distance of Romford.

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm.
