Are you organised, proactive, and ready to be the backbone of a fast-paced field operations team? We are looking for a Field Support Administrator to join our vibrant Field Support department and help drive outstanding results across the business.
You will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing engineer inboxes to coordinating field absence and supporting planners, you will make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You will also collaborate with Field Support Supervisors and contribute to continuous improvements across the team.
Responsibilities:- Managing incoming emails and redistributing tasks efficiently
- Handle field engineer absences and overtime swiftly
- Support new starter onboarding and account creation
- Compile reports to spot trends and opportunities for improvement
- Help drive field performance and strategy
- Provide administrative support for our wider team and service partners
