Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers across electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines.
- Drive the development of innovative new products from concept to launch.

Requirements:

- Strong project management skills with experience in PRINCE2, Agile, or other structured delivery frameworks.

Benefits:
- A competitive salary up to £77,926.00 per annum depending on skills and experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40-hours per week.
- Annual leave entitlement of 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
- Entry into the Group Personal Pension scheme upon successful completion of probation with employer contributions of 7%, also increasing with length of service.
- Life assurance 4 x salary.
