We're looking for a diligent and detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our small but busy finance team.\\n This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping processes and play an important role in keeping our accounts accurate and up to date. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and credit control, helping to keep everything running smoothly. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both agents and customers, and our close-knit finance team plays a vital role in supporting our ongoing success.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\\n\\nAccounts Payable & Receivable\\n\\nProcess supplier invoices, manage weekly payment runs, and handle queries efficiently.\\nRaise customer invoices, allocate payments, and issue statements.Reconciliations & Reporting\\n\\nCarry out regular supplier and customer reconciliations.\\nMaintain accurate records in QuickBooks (with possible future migration to Sage).\\nSupport with month-end processes and ad-hoc finance projects.Credit Control & Ledger Management\\n\\nMonitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers.\\nHandle 50-100 supplier invoices weekly (with seasonal variation).\\nEnsure records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.Requirements\\n\\n3-5 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping role.\\nStrong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.\\nProficient in QuickBooks or any other accounting software (Sage experience is a plus).\\nGood working knowledge of Excel.\\nConfident communicator with suppliers and customers.\\nOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your workload independently.\\nComfortable working from home, with previous remote experience.\\nAAT qualified or QBE (desirable but not essential)Benefits\\n\\nCompetitive salary plus up to 10% performance-related bonus.\\nMinimum 2 years supervisory/management experience (essential). \\n28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 33 with long service.\\nAn extra day off for your birthday.\\nRemote working with full support and training.\\nWellbeing Programme, including mindfulness and meditation.\\nPerks at Work discount scheme.\\nOptical and dental allowance.\\nVirtual GP and Employee Assistance Programme.\\nWorkplace pension & optional private dental insurance.\\nHoliday concessions.\\nOnline social events plus 2 in-person company gatherings each yearReady to Make an Impact?\\n If you're a skilled Bookkeeper looking for a home-based role where you can make a real impact in a supportive, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
