Bilingual Administrator (Polish and English Speaking) – Totton, Southampton

We are the internal recruitment partner for our established and successful client based in Totton, Southampton. This is an opportunity for an experienced and professional Bilingual Administrator fluent in Polish as well as English to join our team and support global projects.

Responsibilities

  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and verbal, to support global projects.
  • Manage documents, process purchase orders and invoices, liaise with suppliers, and flag discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Help streamline processes as new systems are introduced.
  • Maintain organised and accessible records; handle queries with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide reliable, timely administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with strong organisational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel with confidence.
  • Ability to collate information and produce reports for key stakeholders.
  • Able to work well in a team as well as on own initiative.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Excel.

In return we are offering

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 depending on skills and experience.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.
  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
