About us
VERO HR (www. verohr. co. uk) is a rapidly growing HR outsourcing business based in Peterborough providing its UK wide and international client base with a full range of people services.
Technology is at the heart of how we deliver our services — but it’s our people and personal touch that make the real difference.
Having achieved a strong reputation for service excellence (we were proud winners of The Peterborough Telegraph Customer Service Excellence Award 2023 and HR Consultancy of the Year at the 2024 Personnel Today Awards), we’re continuing to grow and are now looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our expanding Vero Tech function.
About our opportunity
“Vero Tech” is one of the nine core services we deliver as part of our HR outsourcing solutions.
Supporting thousands of users globally, our systems are implemented, configured, and supported by our in-house experts — and we’re now looking for an Implementation Specialist to support our clients.
This role combines hands-on system implementation with leadership, coordination, and strategic planning.
You’ll support a small team of Technology Consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple client projects, while also contributing directly to implementations and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the other members of the Vero Tech implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Process multiple system implementation projects for clients — ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Personally manage a portfolio of client implementations, including system demonstrations, configuration, data setup, and user training.
- Collaborate with system partners such as Cezanne, Factorial, Rippling and Breathe to explore new features, modules, and best practices.
- Drive internal process improvements and champion service excellence in all areas of delivery.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical confidence with great customer service. With a friendly, approachable style, you’ll have:
- Strong experience with one or more HR Systems including Cezanne, Factorial, Rippling and Breathe
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-first mindset.
- A methodical, organised approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Why you will love working here
- An excellent salary and benefits package including life assurance, 25 days annual leave and even your birthday off!
- A very modern office environment on the outskirts of Peterborough with parking on-site and electric charging for your car.
- Excellent development/promotional opportunities with an expanding business where you can really make an impact.
- A tailored development plan and regular coaching sessions to take you to the next level, if you wish.
If you have the right attributes, skillset and feel you will be able to add value, then what are you waiting for…hit that apply button to find out more!
