We’re looking for a proactive, motivated and detail-focused Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team at Omny Group.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations, Salesforce specialists, and key business stakeholders to support, develop and optimise our Salesforce platform across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who has gained initial Salesforce Administration experience and is looking to take the next step in their career.
You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in an exciting Salesforce implementation and enhancement journey, helping to shape how our teams use technology to improve processes, reporting, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing Salesforce implementation project and future system enhancements
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements and change requests
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, profiles and roles
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of new functionality
- Deliver user training and support to drive system adoption and best practice
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Support data management activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and automation processes
- Work closely with stakeholders and external developers to deliver business improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise Salesforce capabilities
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following
- Minimum 6 months' experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (essential)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, reporting and configuration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team
- Experience supporting system implementation or integration projects is desirable
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning is preferred
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools would be advantageous
