We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join the team based in Peterborough.

Responsibilities:
- Optimise field engineers’ working areas to ensure service levels of 3–3.5 days.
- Handle inbound calls and emails to support efficient field operations and a positive customer experience.
- Maintain optimal engineer coverage across all regions and skillsets.
- Forward-plan engineer workloads to reduce travel and unallocated time.
- Identify causes of under-utilisation or service delays; suggest improvements.
- Balance workloads between employed and contractor engineers.
- Reallocate appointments when needed to maintain customer trust.
- Professionally handle FSE and internal communications.
- Resolve escalations within SLA and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with area planners and supervisors to drive regional success.
- Previous experience within a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve queries
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good IT skills
- A salary of £23,492 per annum
- Working hours (alternates weekly): Mon-Thu 07:30-16:00, Fri 07:30-15:30 / Mon-Thu 08:30-17:00, Fri 08:30-16:30 and 1 in 7 Saturdays 08:00-12:15
