Vero HR Ltd on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Cooked Food Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy cooked production facility in Market Deeping. You will manage a production team, ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to high quality.
Starting at 7:00am, you will brief the team, plan daily activities, monitor progress, and drive improvements in efficiency, waste reduction and profitability while maintaining food safety.
