Vero Hr Ltd. is recruiting a CRM Manager for a fast-growing DTC subscription business in health and wellness. You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy, focusing on retention, lifecycle marketing and customer lifetime value, using data, automation and customer insights to drive measurable results.
Reporting to the founders, you will manage email and SMS communications, develop lifecycle journeys, optimize churn reduction and subscription performance, and collaborate with growth, creative and other teams.
