About the opportunity:
We are the internal recruitment partner for our established and successful client based in Totton, Southampton.
As a result of our ongoing growth and success, we are thrilled to offer a new opportunity for an experienced and professional Bilingual Administrator fluent in Polish as well as English—to join our team in supporting global projects.
The successful Administrator will be fluent in both languages and play a key role in supporting global projects through accurate and efficient administrative support. You’ll manage documents, process purchase orders and invoices, liaise with suppliers, and flag any discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
With new systems on the horizon, you’ll also help streamline processes. Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle queries and maintain organised, accessible records. This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable, fast-paced individual eager to learn and grow.
Who we are looking for:
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Fluent in English and Polish both written and verbal
- Prior experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with strong organisational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel with confidence
- Ability to collate information and produce reports for key stakeholders
- Able to work well in a team as well as on own initiative
- Strong MS Office suite skills
- Strong experience and knowledge of Excel
