About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a dynamic and client-focused financial services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, managing a range of administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of investment, pension, and protection business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
- Process new business for investments, pensions, and protection products.
- Prepare valuations, annual review documents, and client reports.
- Maintain and update client records and systems accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and providers via phone, email, and post.
- Manage and log incoming cheques and policy documents.
- Prepare files ahead of client meetings.
- Conduct research into investment fund performance.
- Obtain quotes and key features documents, and complete application forms.
- Carry out general office duties such as typing, photocopying, and document management.

Experience and Skills
- Previous experience within the financial advice or wealth management industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services.
- Experience with Wrap Platforms is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with systems such as Xplan and FE Analytics is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and strong teamwork.
