Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a dynamic and client-focused financial services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, managing a range of administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of investment, pension, and protection business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
  • Process new business for investments, pensions, and protection products.
  • Prepare valuations, annual review documents, and client reports.
  • Maintain and update client records and systems accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and providers via phone, email, and post.
  • Manage and log incoming cheques and policy documents.
  • Prepare files ahead of client meetings.
  • Conduct research into investment fund performance.
  • Obtain quotes and key features documents, and complete application forms.
  • Carry out general office duties such as typing, photocopying, and document management.

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience within the financial advice or wealth management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services.
  • Experience with Wrap Platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Xplan and FE Analytics is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and strong teamwork.
