A growing and highly respected independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint a Financial Planning Administrator to join its expanding team in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious financial planning business. You'll work closely with experienced Financial Planners and Paraplanners, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while gaining exposure to all aspects of the financial planning process.
The Role
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the advisory team, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing new business applications
- Liaising with providers, clients and third parties
- Managing client records and maintaining CRM systems
- Producing client documentation and meeting packs
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services administration role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop within the industry
Candidates studying towards the CII Diploma are encouraged to apply, with financial support available for further qualifications.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 starting salary based on experience. £500 salary increase for every CII R0 exam passed (up to £30,000). 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
