Are you looking for more than a traditional paraplanning role? We're working with a highly respected, independent financial planning business in Cheshire East that is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team.

This is a genuine opportunity to become an integral part of the advice process rather than simply producing reports. You'll work alongside an experienced Financial Planner and Administrator within a dedicated client team, attending client meetings, building sophisticated financial plans and helping shape advice for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.

If you enjoy solving complex financial planning challenges, collaborating with advisers and continuously developing your technical knowledge, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

The Role
  • Prepare high-quality suitability reports and recommendations
  • Build and maintain detailed cashflow models
  • Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, tax and protection
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to planning discussions
  • Work closely with Financial Planners and Administrators within a collaborative team structure
  • Support ongoing client reviews and complex financial planning cases
About You
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) as a minimum
  • Working towards Chartered status (preferred)
  • Previous paraplanning experience within an independent financial planning firm
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and tax planning
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for financial planning
