We're now looking for a HR Adviser to help us shape the next phase of our journey.
The Role:
As our HR Adviser, you'll deliver a high-quality, people-centred HR service across the full colleague lifecycle. You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, support People Leaders with clear and practical advice, and ensure our processes are compliant, consistent, and colleague-focused. You'll also play a key role in analysing people data, improving HR processes, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen our culture, wellbeing, and colleague experience. About You:
- Are CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
- Have strong HR knowledge & experience, including employment law
- Are skilled in building trusted relationships and communicating clearly
- Are organised, proactive, and confident managing a varied workload

Package:
- £38,000 per annum (Mid-Market 80-120% range based on skills and experience)
- Pension scheme (7.5% employer contributions rising to 10% after 2 years) following pension auto enrolment criteria after a 13-week postponement period
- Salary exchange for pensions arrangement
- 4 x salary death in service benefit
- 25 days holiday (plus statutory bank holidays), increasing to 27 after 2 years
