What you will be doing

  • As a Project Planner you will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimisation of project schedules to keep complex design programmes on track.
  • Working in close collaboration with the development, project management and design teams, you will monitor the progress of tasks, maintain the programme to the latest information, and provide forecasts for future resource needs.
  • Develop client schedules from initial concept design through to contract issue.
  • Review and comment on contractor and subcontractor schedules.
  • Develop 4D schedules from 3D models.
  • Support coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of data centre projects.
  • Help oversee the progress of CSA Fit Out & MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Produce comprehensive progress reports, including dashboards using Power BI.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, specifications, and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Detailed knowledge of MEP systems and their application in data centre environments.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop skills in data centre planning and management.
  • Proficiency in using planning and design software (Asta Powerproject, BIM, and Primavera P6) is a plus.
  • Experience with data centre operations or other mission‑critical environments.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, IEEE).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively alone or in a team‑oriented environment.
