We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Legal team and take ownership of a high volume of commercial contracts across the business. Reporting into the CLO, you will be the go‑to person for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, alongside minor amendments and NDAs, while helping to embed strong contract governance and consistent processes.

This is a hands‑on role for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Crucially, you will be highly tech‑literate and passionate about legal technology: confident working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, automation, and AI‑assisted contracting solutions, and eager to drive their adoption across the business.

You will also advise stakeholders on post‑signature obligations, helping the wider team stay on top of key dates, deliverables, and risk. The ideal candidate combines deep contracts expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for using technology to work smarter and scale the function as the business grows.
