Verne is seeking an Engineering and Technical Standards Manager to lead the creation of Operational Engineering Standards, Processes and ways of working across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement and embed these standards, ensuring a compliant, consistent and customer‑focused operational team.
The role reports to the Head of Engineering & Technical and requires hands‑on leadership to develop a centralised Operations Handbook, templates for SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
