Job Title: Contracts Manager (Legal)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Legal team and take ownership of a high volume of commercial contracts across the business.
Reporting into the CLO, you will be the go-to person for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, alongside minor amendments and NDAs, while helping to embed strong contract governance and consistent processes.
This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Crucially, you will be highly tech-literate and passionate about legal technology: confident working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, automation, and AI-assisted contracting solutions, and eager to drive their adoption across the business.
You will also advise stakeholders on post-signature obligations, helping the wider team stay on top of key dates, deliverables, and risk. The ideal candidate combines deep contracts expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for using technology to work smarter and scale the function as the business grows.
