As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Skilled Injection Moulding Tool Setter to join our team at our Worksop manufacturing site. The Role
As an Injection Moulding Tool Setter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a shift-based team, you’ll be responsible for setting tools, optimising processes, and supporting production to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tool changes and machine set-ups in line with production schedules
- Ensure machines are set to achieve optimum cycle times, quality, and efficiency
- Monitor production processes and carry out adjustments to maintain output and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and tooling issues quickly and effectively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Work closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and quality teams
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and company procedures
