The Role
This is a key strategic role for Vernacare, fundamental to developing our presence in the healthcare market. As Commercial Account Manager, you will drive regional growth, build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll work at Integrated Care System (ICS) and regional group levels, ensuring Vernacare is a trusted partner across the Midlands/ Nottingham region.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with category strategies
- Build and nurture relationships with key NHS decision-makers
- Deliver solution-oriented sales and manage product evaluations
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve KPIs
- Share market intelligence and competitor insights
- Represent Vernacare’s values at internal and external meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Sales and Key Account Management within healthcare
- Knowledge: Commercial acumen and understanding of NHS structure
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, and analytical thinking
- Other: Significant travel across Scotland (overnight stays may be required)
